For in-person workshops and speaking engagements, travel and lodging may be required depending on location. We work with each organization to keep logistics as simple and cost-effective as possible. -

Yes. In addition to 90-minute workshops, we offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day intensives.

All of our services are educational and skills-based. We provide tools, frameworks, and support designed to help individuals and teams navigate performance demands in a sustainable way.
We do not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or establish a clinical therapeutic relationship within these services. We also do not provide, financial or legal advise or establish a fiduciary client relationship within these services.
