Join The Collaborative!
We don’t just teach actors how to book jobs.
We teach them how to build lives that allow them to stay artists.
A Balancing Actress Collaborative is a community designed primarily for women and female-identifying actors navigating the performing arts industry. While our programming centers these experiences, we welcome anyone who feels aligned with and respectful of this space.
Here at A Balancing Actress Collaborative, we believe it’s time to ditch the balancing act, because the truth is, there’s no such thing as perfect balance! Life as an artist isn’t about walking a tightrope; it’s about finding your rhythm in the chaos. We’re here to be your safety net as you step off that wire and learn to navigate this wild, beautiful, unpredictable journey of being an actor, with joy, abundance, and the unapologetic authenticity that is uniquely you. The Collaborative is more than just a membership, it’s your sanctuary! Inside, you’ll find tools, classes, and community to support your mental health, money goals, and artistic journey. Created for actors, by actors who get it.

Welcome to your creative home, where artistry, wellness, and community collide.
A Balancing Actress Collaborative is more than a platform, it's a movement. Built by and for actors and creatives who are done with the burnout, the gatekeeping, and the starving artist narrative, we’re here to rewrite the script. From mental health to money, craft to community, everything we do supports you as a whole, not just your résumé.
At A Balancing Actress Collaborative, we believe thriving artists need both support and equity.
The Collaborative is our monthly membership. Your go-to space for mental health support, financial wellness tools, creative coaching, and a community that actually gets it. Think: cozy couches, a focus on mental well-being, financial abundance, play, and conversations that go deeper than “What have you booked lately?”
And don’t forget to check out A Balancing Actress Podcast, where we dive deep into all things acting, mental health, and creative wellness.
We’re a team of multi-passionate, multi-hyphenate creatives, coaches, and wellness pros who get the beautiful chaos of an actor’s life because we’ve lived it. A Balancing Actress Collaborative is built by artists, for artists, to offer real support in every season of your journey.

Nope! While A Balancing Actress Collaborative is women-centered in perspective and mission, it is open to artists and creatives of all genders and identities who feel aligned with our values and community.
Our programming was created to address many of the unique pressures historically experienced by women in the entertainment industry, including burnout, financial instability, and lack of sustainable support, while intentionally fostering an inclusive, respectful space where all members can learn, grow, and belong.
The Collaborative welcomes anyone seeking a healthier, more sustainable relationship with their craft, career, and well-being.

No. Group Mental Wellness sessions are not therapy.
These sessions are designed as supportive, educational community spaces focused on mental wellness, personal reflection, and learning practical skills that support overall well-being as artists and individuals. Sessions may introduce psychoeducational concepts inspired by evidence-based psychological approaches; however, they are offered strictly for educational and wellness purposes.
Participation in Group Mental Wellness does not constitute psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, or clinical services. Facilitators do not diagnose, assess, or treat mental health conditions, and participation does not create a therapist–client, healthcare, or confidential clinical relationship.
Group Mental Wellness is not a substitute for individualized therapy or medical care. Members seeking personal mental health treatment or clinical support should work directly with a licensed mental health professional outside of The Balancing Actress Collaborative.
Our intention is to provide a supportive learning environment and community safety net, not clinical care.

Not just yet, starlet. We ask for a 4-month commitment up front, because real growth, trust, and community don’t happen overnight (and we’re not here for a one-night stand.) After those first four months, you’ll go month-to-month with the freedom to cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. We’re in this for the long-haul glow-up, not the quick fix.

Once you sign up, your login will take you to the member page where all the resources are waiting when you click on “Get Started” Every month a new Calendar will drop. You can gain access to the live zoom calls through the slack channel.

Nope! They’re here to educate, not advise. While our Team, guest facilitators and other affiliates, including our therapists, coaches, financial educators and fellow artists offer tools, guidance, and general support, they are not acting as your personal advisors. For advice tailored to your specific mental health, financial, or life circumstances, we always recommend consulting with your own licensed therapist, financial advisor, or other qualified professionals.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes. It’s called The Collaborative for a reason! If you’ve got a special skill, talent, or workshop you’d love to share with the community, we’re all ears (and heart). This space thrives on collective magic, so if you’ve got something cooking, let’s talk about bringing it to the table as a paid collaborator!
